As a mom, most of my time is spent doing things for my kids… homeschooling, cooking, cleaning, bringing them to CYT, soccer, basketball, dance, friends’ houses… you get the idea. ;) But a few years ago a friend of mine introduced me to High Fitness dance aerobics, and it became my one hour each week that was just for me. I instantly loved it. In fact, I loved it so much that I got certified to teach it!
It is so much fun to let loose and dance and sweat for an hour, and I can’t wait to share it with the CYT community.
