Tyler Hutchinson

Artistic Director
Tyler is so excited and passionate about God, CYT and all things theater! He has been blessed to be able to travel the US, Canada and South Africa, performing and teaching. After performing and working in community theater, regional theater and local professional theater, he was introduced to CYT. He has been a member of the CYT family since November of 2012; first as a teacher and then Artistic Director for CYT Indianapolis. After serving CYT Indy, Tyler was led to Dallas where he founded CYT Dallas-Fort Worth, Inc. He is passionate and dedicated to teaching CYT students to give our talents back to God for His glory!

Shannon Mahoney

Managing Director
Shannon is excited to be a part of CYT Dallas growth and mission showing people Jesus through theater. She has over 25 years experience in strategic management and event planning. She also has worked with middle school and high schoolers for over 10 years in the coaching capacity. She enjoys working with youth sharing the gospel with them in a real way. She has been married to Dr. J Mahoney for 30 years and each year is counted as a joy - he is her biggest encourager and supporter. Together they have three (now four) children -Noah (23), and recently added a daughter-in-law, Tamara, Erin (19) and their youngest son Josh (16) who has been active in CYT since the fall of 2017.

Susan Dolan

Susan is a graduate of Coe College, a small college in Cedar Rapids, IA, with a major in Business Admin/Accounting. She enjoys putting these skills to work overseeing small businesses and ministries with their books. She is a veteran home-school mom, retiring after 27 years of home educating. Originally from Wisconsin, Susan and her husband Pat have 6 kids, 10 grandkids, and enjoy camping, family activities.

Carol Jones - Board Member

Carol is an Administrative Manager with 15+ years of human resources, accounting, and operations management experience– the last nine of which with Sonoco Products Company – graduating in May with her MBA: HR Mgmt & Business Mgmt. Prior to her current role, Carol was plant manager for one of Sonoco’s Protective Solution facilities, successfully turning it around financially before changing roles and divisions. Carol is a dedicated, employee-centered manager that is able to see the big picture, while staying on top of the smaller details. She is a relationship builder that surrounds herself with talented and loyal people, and strives to reciprocate at every opportunity. Carol believes in the strength and blessing that CYT is for our communities, and sees greatness in its leadership and students. The best is yet to come!

Sybil Mulokwa - Board Member

Sybil has years as a user centered design leader. Her career spans Intuit, Alkami Technology, and Chase. During her tenure at Alkami, she established their new user research discipline, accelerating their product confidence and delivery. Sybil starts with the customer. Understanding their needs is crucial in creating a successful product. Once she understands them and their problems, she is able to lead teams to strategically craft experiences that meet the needs of the customer and the business. You can find some of my work at

Mike Reisinger - Board Member

Mike is the Director of Human Resources with Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University. Mike has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources; Compensation, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Internal Communications, Training & Development, Recruiting, and Safety. He has been a part of the CYT family since Fall 2017 - Seussical The Musical. Mike is a father of two CYT students; one who loves being on stage and one who's always helping build sets. Mike also contributes to CYT by serving on the set committee while his wife services on the hair and makeup committee.
